ROOM ELLA The room, bathroom, terrace, and garden are completely private — just for you. There is no kitchen. ROOM FEATURES: Double bed (190 x 140 cm), air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a private bathroom. The cupboard is equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and bowls for your convenience. The Old Town is only a 12–15 minute walk away. A supermarket is just 50 m away, and the bus station is 100 m from the property.

This charming room with furnished balcony is placed in the attic of the family house that consists of 5 guest rooms. There is a double bed for two in it and a sofa bed. The room is air conditioned and equipped with TV, a fridge, kettle and free Wi-Fi. It has its private well- equipped bathroom placed in the hallway (towels, shower gel, shampoo provided). From its private balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic vistas of Dubrovnik surroundings and the sea.

Luka Gruž je također blizu(10 min) iz koje redovno, brodicama, idete na jednodnevne izlete na obližnje otoke, Elafite, Mljet, Korčulu.... Dođite i uvjerite se i sami da smo mali ali posebni.

Private top floor ROOM 4B & swimming pool

Our private Rooms are placed on the top floor of the Villa, you have a private sea view balcony where You can take a rest ,enjoy the sun on our swimming pool with a sea view or have a glass of wine in peace. :) To get to the Cavtat center you need 10 minutes of relaxing walk along the sea coast. The nearest beach is about 2 minutes walking from the Villa and there are also some fine restaurants and bars to relax.

Gothic apartment

Gothic apartment is located in the quite area in the park of Šipanska Luka. Just 30 meters far from the sea .Apartment is air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower and towels. Gothic apartmenr offers a private balcony with a seating area with the view of the sea and nature. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Sunset cottage is a complitely separate little garden house with a private terrace, quietly positioned in the Lapad Bay area, on one of the main strips of luxury hotels, yet in the heart of lush greenery, below the park of Mala Petka woods, 80 meters from the beach, on direct bus line to the Old Town.
