Highlight of this property is a sea view balcony with sitting area, where you can enjoy your time with beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. Free parking is also included in the price. Apartment is situated within walking distance from the old town (15-20 min) and Bellevue beach (10 min), grocery store, bakery and bus station. Two bus stops to the old town are just down the street. The flat is not suitable for babies.
