Apartment Tullio, located in the rooftop of a family house above the Old town is the proud winner of the Home and Design magazine’s award as The Best Attic Apartment in Croatia for 2017. We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. The apartment has newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, and is equipped with Wi-Fi, A/C and heating, cable TV, Bluetooth speaker, washer and dryer, comfy mattresses and pillows, cotton bedding, luxury toiletries and more.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik , just 300m away from the Old town center .Apartment has 60 square meters and consists of one double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room ,terraces overlooking the old town .Terrace offers spectacular views of city walls, Lokrum , old harbour and the cruisers that often anchor in front of apartment. The apartment is bright, airy and modern with all the modern conveniences and comforts.

Take a mere 5 minute walk to explore the eternal beauty of Dubrovnik.

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
