Plemmyrium is a beautiful residence to spend nice moments in front of the sea. The Villa, for 6 people, it has a kitchen, 3 bedrooms sea view, living room, 2 bathrooms, a portico terrace seaview. Upstairs there is an independent apartment for 2 people max with an additional cost. The house is surrounded by a unique atmosphere and silence. The garden, with aromatic Mediterranean plants, includes a relax area with deck chairs and swimming pool as well as barbecue and laundry room.

E' situata in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo a un minuto a piedi dal mare e vi si accede tramite una strada privata con cancello automatico in ingresso. La villetta è circondata da un bel giardino e da uno spazio comodo per le cene all'aperto. All'interno dispone di un ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, due spaziose camere matrimoniali e un bel bagno appena ristrutturato.

La villa è circondata in da un parco di proprietà di 8000 mq ricco di vegetazione tipica siciliana (ulivi, carrubbi, mandorli, pini mediterranei, alberi di gelso, alberi di fico, giardino roccioso con macchia mediterranea).

La villetta è divisa in due parti : una parte da affittare, e l'altra parte abitata da noi, ma nessuno spazio in comune, eccetto il cancello principale. A 14km dal centro storico Ortigia, a 20 minuti dal centro.

Our house offers a beautiful garden with tropical plants and a big swimmingpool. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a babybed if needed, free of charge, please request when booking. There is a wonderful private guest veranda to enjoy as well. Free parking inside the premises.
