My stay at 8 Bells by the Sea was peaceful, fun, and unique. It was a delight living mere feet from the water and feeling so connected to the tides. Robin was very helpful before and during the trip, providing me with recommendations and advice about the area. The apartment is located on a small street, filled with adorable beachy stores, restaurants, art galleries, jewelry shops, and more. The room is charmingly decorated in aquatic tones of blue and green, with thoughtful art and trinkets. There are many windows which look out onto a beautiful view of the water. The bathroom is large and was very clean. I appreciated and utilized the small refrigerator and freezer, as well as the silverware and glassware. My favorite part was mudlarking right outside the room on the beach when the tide was low. I found many pieces of ceramics, and enjoyed hanging out with the ducks and watching other birds. Highly recommend 8 Bells by the Sea for those who enjoy a cute small town by the water.

Simon elevates hosting to a whole new level and provides a tough act to follow. He pays attention to detail and has carefully considered and included all the things that will make you feel both welcomed and comfortable. The home is spotless, very modern and tastefully decorated. The linens are of a great quality and the beds are super comfortable. The master shower is wonderful, and Simon has so thoughtfully provided amenities in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The location of the home is great in a quiet neighborhood with parking spaces provided. The home has lovely natural light and even great views out of the windows. Both Simon and his home is a standout and so far, my best experience with Airbnb to date. Simon goes above and beyond to make your stay a luxurious one and by that, he makes it hard to leave but easy to want to return to.

Our stay at the Gloucester Beach House was great. It is a nice walk down to Good Harbor Beach, The Common Place Market and the neighborhood is peaceful. Its about a 10-minute drive to anywhere you want to go in Gloucester. Diane was responsive with any communication we had with her, and stayed in contact with us throughout the trip. We were grateful to be able to check in early after traveling all night to rest before beginning our trip adventures. For anyone interested, the Rhumb Line currently offers live music every night and its a variety of music. We went there several times and the musician's were top notch, and this is a place where the locals gather. We ended up visiting with friends and family and looking forward to another trip out to explore more of North Shore! Thank you so much for the wonderful home and stay.

There isn’t enough I can say about this Home and the host. Absolutely attentive and the place was perfect for me and my family. When we come back to Boston again, we would definitely look to see if this property is available. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!

Myself and my family were privileged to share Jean's Happy Place for a week. The beach was gorgeous and so close. The house is so well stocked that you can just drive from the airport with only your clothes in your luggage. We were able to make most of our meals in the well stocked and roomy kitchen. The side porch was quite comfortable for the 5 of us to sit, chat, and eat. There is an outdoor shower which is also stocked with shampoo and soap. We did use the gas grill one night. Jean has made sure that there is plenty of gas as there were 2 additional propane tanks if we needed it. If you are looking for stress free time away, I highly recommend Jean's Happy Place!

Beautiful property and excellent location. Extremely convenient for our family to enjoy thanksgiving with family. Excellent communicators and very flexible with our travel schedule.
