Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

This beautiful cape cod is home away from home, located centrally in Grove City in a quiet, safe, well-maintained neighborhood. Leave your packing to a minimum as this home is stocked with all the essentials for your stay. Also, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars in Grove City & about 15 minutes from downtown Columbus! Please keep in mind that the upstairs can be warmer in the summer months due to the age/design of the home. We have a window a/c unit & fan to help!

This is an Apartment on the end of a house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the garden of flowers, trees, fruits, and vegetables. This quaint space is private and has its own entrance. There is no access to the main part of the home. You may occasionally see me or my husband out in the garden. We are a quiet couple. Your patio area is private. You may pick from the garden. We enjoy visiting if you like. The home does have cats and we do share ventilation.
