Located on MIllsap Farm which is home to one of Springfield's favorite summer activities; Thursday Pizza Club. Come stay in our Tiny Turtle countryside cabin and get a taste of farm life on this small organic veggie farm. Take a walk in flower patch, visit the chickens, feed your scraps to the pigs, throw the ball for the dogs, be entertained by the farm happenings. Our tiny home is well designed and can easily host a family. The farm stand is stocked and ready for you just outside your door.

If it is just a place to hang out during a layover or you are in town to visit family or conduct business, we will strive to make your stay as comfortable as home!

Come stay with us in this beautifully restored historic loft with upscale amenities. Located in the heart of Downtown Springfield. This luxury loft was once a historic building dating back to 1920’s and still boasts the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. This loft will sleep 4 with a king bed, futon, and pull out couch. There is one bathroom and a wash room with washer and dryer. The loft is Walking distance from fine dining, breweries, night clubs, coffee shops, and so much more!

Our home is conveniently located near both I-44 and Highway 65. Just a few minutes from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the Bigshots Golf Experience, Cooper Sports Complex and a 15-minute drive to the Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife. Our home is one side of a duplex. Both sides are available for rent. It has hardwood floors throughout. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with a 2-car garage & EV Charger. Our home is equipped with washer / dryer, stocked coffee bar and snack area.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! 1920 Stone Gas Station

This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.

Cozy Woodland Cottage

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

Cozy River Cabin/UTV/Trails/Kayaks/Hot Tub

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 95 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.
