The apartment is in the ZONA HOTELERA on the lagoon side and the entrance to the complex is right on Av Kukulkan. The closest beach is across the road and less than five minutes walk, picture 10 was taken on that beach. Cosy & well located private studio, with equipped kitchen, in front of the beach in Cancun Hotel Zone. Enjoy your time by the beach and the amenities included: Private access to the beach and the complex amenities such as 2 Pools, 2 Jacuzzis, Kids water area, daily activities. At a special price for our guests, we do provide shuttle a service to or from the airport. The studio does offer a private access to the beach few steps walking through the complex. It offers a partial ocean view.

Beach front, great location, steps from the beach!

Beautiful ocean front Villa right on the beach, inside a gated Condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzi, snack bar next to the pool, security 24/7 in a great beach area of Cancun hotel zone. Supermarket, shopping malls and variety of restaurants in the other side of the road. You can´t be closer to the beach! Wifi, Ac, balcony and a patio facing the ocean. Parking lot, tennis court, bus stop right off the condo, airport transportation provided with our private driver (additional price).

Unique design loft 1802 near Isla Mujeres ferry

The loft is well located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the “Zona Hotelera” and in the city center where you can find traditional artisanal market and beautiful tourist spots. The loft is at 10 min walk from: a local market, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to get to the beach. Don’t forget to enjoy the terrace! You can use the grill, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a refreshing beer in the evening and relax in the swimming pool ;)

Spend a calm, relaxing, warm vacation at this luxury suite. Its beautiful decoration and tranquil location gives you the harmony needed for resting at one of the top destinations in the world: Cancun. The suite has a large bedroom with a king size bed, equiped kitchen, AC, fast wifi, 65” TV with subwoofer with Netflix and HBOmax, living room, terrace, and full security around the condo. The common area includes a tennis court, large pool and access to the beach!

Estudio con vista al mar, ubicado en segundo piso; forma parte de un alojamiento vacacional frente a mar (no es un hotel) en una zona tranquila. La playa más cercana está a diez minutos caminando. Es ideal para parejas, familias o grupos pequeños de amigos. A menos de 5 minutos a pie de la estación del ferry que va hacia Isla Mujeres. No se permiten fiestas ni invitados, sólo el número de huéspedes indicados en la reservación. Es una experiencia local.

Suite Zeolita cuenta con jacuzzi privado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia de lujo excepcional. Es un lugar sin ruido, tranquilo, con seguridad y estacionamiento gratuito. Se encuentra en una excelente zona en frente de la entrada de Puerto Cancún. Caminando encontrarás varios restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados, renta de autos, etc. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, toallas y colchones de memory foam.

La Ceiba Apartment. 2-4 pax

Elegante y hermoso departamento, súper iluminado y equipado con lo necesario para tener una cómoda estancia. Además puedes usar nuestra alberca y el espacioso Lobby. Estamos a 15 minutos del la playa, a 8 minutos del centro de la ciudad y a 15 minutos del aeropuerto llendo en auto. También puedes caminar solo 5 minutos para llegar a varios restaurantes de los que estamos muy cerca. Nos encantará poder recibirte en nuestro espacio!

Apartment with wonderful laguna view w/pool & gym

Brand new apartment, fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 7th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), "Walmart Express" (supermarket), many malls, restaurants and cafeterias. The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a huge underground parking.
