Wonderful Loft, located in the Aria Ocean, in front of the beautiful Flamingos beach (private beach) in one of the most beautiful and safe areas of Nuevo Vallarta. The loft has two floors, on the top floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an open tapanco with a double bed and on the ground floor, there is a double sofa bed. It has a large terrace in the lower part and the upper part a balcony in the main bedroom. Located between Hotel RíuPalace and Riu Jalisco.

Lovely studio in the heart of downtown PV

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 10 minutes by foot to Playa de los Muertos. Near to restaurants, bars and trendy spots in touristic attraction downtown Puerto Vallarta. Also you can find a mercadito (little produce market), fish market and typical traditional food. This studio had been recently fully remodeled with high-end furnished, appliances and furniture. Lightly and safe neighborhood with a mix of tourist and locals.

We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, a few short blocks from the beach. No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun. We are a modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests to enjoy. Flatland around us, no climbing up hills to get home. Our internet is fast. A typical speed test results in speeds greater than 600 Mbps. Daily housekeeping is included.
