This tranquil air conditioned apartment is on the beach with kitchen and office, and generator backup for power and WiFi, perfect for digital nomads. The second floor is an open air area with bbq, tables, chairs, hammocks and a beautiful view of the ocean. Third floor balcony for sunbathing. Gated property with secure parking, a fire pit next to the apartment and one more on the beach. 5 minute walk to the restaurants of Manglaralto and 15 minute walk on the beach to the nightlife of Montanita

The house is located on top of a hill in Comuna Cadeate, 5 km away from Montanita (Surf Paradise). Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Also can take paragliding and surf lessons, or go out to enjoy artisan pizza, tacos and churros

A very quiet place 10 minutes from Montañita and the beach, we are in nature, we have an organic garden, an ideal place to rest and meditate, practice yoga, outdoor sports, plant planting, learning with nature, there is a freshwater river a few meters away, bird watching, spaces for cycling, we have an outdoor gym, hikes to the waterfalls in the Dos Mangas commune, jungle around you, organic vegetable harvesting.

Located in La Punta zone, a residential and the best area of Montanita with restaurants, surf shops, yoga place, and the surf point where you catch the best waves in town. The main strip/downtown where the bars and clubs are is a short walk distance around 5 mins, far enough for a good night sleep.

Very spacious and comfortable house. silence and birds. you see the sun rise in summer from bed. 600 mts from the beach, 1.5 km from Manglaralto and 4km from Montañita. Close to everything but no neighbors😎 There are 2 bicycles 1 cat lives here / but Andres - who works at home - feeds her, comes to water the plants and take out the trash . - you can also ask him for bottles of water.
