Brand new independent studio, 10 steps to the beach and beautiful sunsets on your balcony. Located in La Punta zone, a residential and the best area of Montanita with restaurants, surf shops, yoga place, and the surf point where you catch the best waves in town. The main strip/downtown where the bars and clubs are is a short walk distance around 5 mins, far enough for a good night sleep.
