Our cosy apartment with a balcony facing south is located right in the heart of El Medano. Only 50m to the villages main square (Plaza) and 100m to the beach and beach promenade. In the vicinity you will find a variety of nice cafés and good restaurants, shops and watersport possibilities. The South Airport is only a 10minutes drive away. Our apartment is ideal for couples, adventure and business travelers, for small families with a baby or a little child and of course for elder people.

Mi bonito y familiar apartamento está equipado para disfrutar de unas estupendas vacaciones. Desde la terraza podrás ver amaneceres espectaculares sobre el mar, comer en deliciosos restaurantes cerca o tomar una copa, practicar deportes de agua o simplemente tumbarte en la arena. Serás bienvenido como huésped si entiendes el concepto de Airbnb, no se trata de un Hotel sino de mi casa, con sus virtudes y defectos, pero preparada con todo el cariño para hacer agradable vuestra estancia.

Nice balcony with side views to two beaches and front view to the peak of mount Teide. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Cradle available. New and equipped kitchen. Near the apartement there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, medical center, dentist... Very quiet building and without noise, ideal for rest.
