This modern three storey spacious villa consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The minimalistic interior made from wood stone and other high quality materials incorporates well with the neutral colours and bright dynamic tones. This villa has five bedrooms two on each floor with the master bedroom on the top floor. There are bathtubs in two of the bathrooms and showers in the two remaining. You can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and sea from the upper terraces.

The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Welcome to my Apartment! October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors and In Summer 2022 we added air conditioning in the master bedroom and replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. The big pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed in 2025 now offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience.
