Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue increíble. La casa es muy amplia, perfecta para disfrutar de unas vacaciones cómodas y relajantes. Está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. El fraccionamiento es tranquilo y seguro, ideal para descansar. Además, tanto Sandra como don Gonzalo fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar 100% recomendable. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

La casa es perfecta, es fiel a lo que se describe por ende puedes pasar una estancia muy placentera. El lugar donde esta situada la casa es muy tranquilo y agradable. Ananda todo el tiempo estuvo al pendiente de nuestras dudas, comentarios siedo siempre muy amable y atenta.

Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist prima, eine ruhige Wohngegend und sehr sicher. Freundliche Nachbarn. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dies ist nicht immer selbstverständlich. Der Kontakt mit Veronica war immer Freundlich zeitnah und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen hat sie umgehend reagiert und bot immer ihre Hilfe an. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Angela und Heinz.

Great space and a great location. Close walk to 5th ave and all the shops and restaurants. Very spacious place that suited our family of five perfectly. The back deck area is so nice to sit at and relax, pool area is nice. Even though we stayed at spring break it still felt quiet and not too busy at the pool. Would definitely recommend this space!

Excellent location. Good communication with host. Great value.. Authentic Mexican decor . If you are looking for something modern this is not the place for you.. But it’s a six minute walk to the fabulous beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown Playa . And the host provides two very nice beach chairs . Also, there’s an outdoor seating area. It’s very private or afternoon wine . We stayed for a month. We can’t wait to stay there again !

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. I hosted a bachelorette party of 10 ladies here at casa jaguar and we had more than enough space everyone was comfortable and each room has a full bathroom. One thing we really appreciated about our stay here was the safety of the community with there being 2 security check points to enter. Our hosts stayed in communication with us the whole time whenever we needed anything they answered very promptly. Ricardo booked our taxis for us and even had snacks for us upon arrival due to our long commute from the airport due to a car accident on the way. Whenever I’m in playa I will always book with Cancún BNB it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here.

We rented the entire home, 5 bedrooms for all ten of us. We were treated like royalty by Skip, Angel, Nora and chef Nissy whom we hired to make some delicious breakfasts for us.

Great home and perfect for our business owners planning retreat. The home is laid out well, clean and easy to get to. It is not near the beach and is on a golf course. That was fine with us since the group did morning jogs, jumped in the pool and then did planning sessions.

This place was wonderful, and exactly as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. It is worth getting a Geo coordinate / pin drop for Google maps. The address is something that Google seems to struggle with, or at least it did for us. Thankfully, the host was able to help us find the residence in this way immediately upon request.

Had an amazing stay. The villa was beautiful & clean! Just a few minute walk to the beach. Sergio was fantastic! Very helpful and caring. Would definitely stay again.

Great location! Nice views from the roof top pool and a few minute walk to the beach through the pretty community of other villas. The beach is a great to lay out on and we also walked from the beach to the center of town which was great if you like a longer walk. The villa was in a private community with a security check in so you felt very safe. Mariela answered my many questions and gave recommendations for activities to book.

Casa Turquesa was beautiful inside and out. It is part of a safe, 24/7 guarded, beachfront community. The service was great as well. Made you feel like you were in a hotel. Fully stocked home with all the amenities including washer/dryer, multiple outdoor showers, 2 pools, spacious rooms and a delicious fruit basket with an assortment of local fruits. Pool clearers and Housekeeping kept the pools and home clean everyday, including making the beds, it was not just a “refresher” like some hotels do. Located next to Quinta Ave and beachfront you get the best of both worlds. Easy access to multiple restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping. Private beach access, and friendly neighbors. Definitely made our stay in Cancun amazing. Would recommend 10 out of 10

La ubicación del lugar es inmejorable. La playa, fácilmente accesible a pie, es muy bonita. También se puede llegar a la quinta avenida caminando. Las habitaciones están bien distribuidas y espaciosas. Algunos detalles podrían mejorar, como la temperatura del agua en un par de baños o el número de utensilios disponibles. Pero la experiencia de toda la familia fue de lejos muy positiva.

The house is absolutely beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed for a week. We were a group of 10, and the house had lots of space to spread out. It's laid out with 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor with main kitchen, table and couches. Upstairs has 4 more rooms with a smaller kitchen, so worked very well for our group. It's a short walk to fifth Ave. The area felt very safe and was very comfortable. The pool was nice to have, we swam pretty much everyday. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach, and has great views from the rooftop deck. We asked a few questions of the host while there and they were very responsive, which was really reassuring . We would definitely stay again!
