Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico en zona Martiánez. Estupendas vistas al mar y a la avenida principal. Muy cerca de centro comercial, supermercados, restaurantes, paseo marítimo, playas y el Lago Martiánez. El apartamento cuenta con una cama doble y un sofá, con posibilidad de abatir y que pueda dormir un niño o un adulto (consultar). Dispone de piscina comunitaria y parking comunitario limitado. Hay posibilidad de pedir una cuna supletoria.

Lovely, comfortable 2 rooms flat with a private terrace facing the ocean. Enjoy the astonishing panoramic view, relax with the sound of the waves and disconnect from your daily stress. Within a quiet residence, built onto the cliffs with a heated outdoor swimming pool (27ºC all year around), the flat is spacious, cozy and well equipped. Located in the district of LA PAZ, you will find shops and restaurants around and are within walking distance from city center and beaches.

Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

In this town you can find the Loro Park, recognized around the world as one of the best zoos. Local places to eat and enjoying our black sand beaches are a must in this town!

Bright studio close to the beach

Recently renovated studio, oriented to the east with beautiful ocean views. located in the heart of the city, 75 meters from the beach and Lago Martianez natural pools , Very well equipped with unlimited wifi, wireless TV 40 ", and all you can need for holidays live, (iron,iron board, beach umbrella....) Well equiped Kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, microwave . Silent ceiling fan.

Lovely apartment with views at the sea and volcan

Our lovely, small apartment with terrace (communal) and incredeble views is perfect for 2 quiet, healthy adventurous people. The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".

Villa with Private pool & sunny terrace

Villa Green Ocean is a secluded new private villa (finished on May 2019) made with quality materials and designed exclusively for being a holiday home, functional and extremely comfortable. The plot is 300 m2 and the house is 90 m2. The ample terrace is just a dream, inviting you to have a drink while you just lie down and relax by the pool (5 m x 2,50 m).
