New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Piscine à l'eau de mer et chauffée, avec transats payants à 3 euros la journée , et si vous désirez plus, le parasol 1 euro et le matelas 1 euro pour la journée La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Ask me for special price! Cozy flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a big swimming pool with free sun lounge. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport.
