Ático dúplex en un complejo residencial en primera linea de mar y con piscina climatizada de agua salada. Reformado y moderno, dispone de balcón privado con vistas a la piscina y al mar, en un día despejado se ven la isla de La Gomera y el Teide. Orientación oeste, preciosas puestas de sol desde la terraza. Dormitorio con una cama de 1,80 x 1,90, dos camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90 y un baño. Sofá cama. Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.
