Pavilion has a fabulous roof top pool, grilling area and gym load this seven story condo building with hotel like amenities. Friendly, knowledgeable concierge on ground floor reception. This uncrowded part of the Bucerias beach is the perfect spot for watching breathtakingly, spectacular sunsets almost every evening. This house is one step only, and on to the beautiful sandy beach of Bucerias, this is the only house in the compound with its own access to the beach.

Welcome to the Mina, one of the newest and most beautiful buildings in the Golden Zone of Bucerias. We are located one block from the beach where you can stroll along the sand for miles in either direction. Outside the front door, you’ll find countless choices of restaurants, shops & cafes. We are also walking distance to a few mini supers and a full grocery store. Access from the airport is a 25 minute drive.
