New basement suite of 480 sft just for you. A cozy home away from home. Easy check-in through shared garage door and private entrance into basement. It features a master bedroom with queen bed, private bath, extra room with 2 twin bunk beds and office desk. Living room has a sofa sleeper & bar kitchenette. We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

COVID-COMPLIANT EXTRA SANITIZED AND CLEAN! Spacious studio living space with a cozy and well lit bedroom, a comfortable and large living area and a full private bathroom awaits my guests. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Longmont is located 40 minutes from DIA & 15 minutes from adventure waiting in the Rockies. Off-street parking is included along with a lovely kitchenette, dining room, living room, brand new bathroom, & bedroom. We are a family with small children so the occasional noise may be heard upstairs during the day.

Welcome to the Lake House! This 500 sq. ft. guest suite overlooks a lake and park. This beautiful location is new, built in 2021! Through a private entrance you will find a large 15'x16' studio bedroom with a king bed, dinette, sitting area, and 60" TV. The space also includes a bunk room with a twin bunk, a luxurious bathroom, and a microwave and mini fridge. Relax and enjoy the views while staying at a centralized location in Loveland. Only 2 miles from I-25 and 1 mile from highway 34!

A block from downtown Frederick's restaurant’s, shops, and parks with a new foodie option opening soon (as of June 2024). Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great. Summer 2024: I’m currently making plans for a shady garden. It’s currently just sun scorched dirt and weeds. Here’s to converting wasteful and useles grass-scapes into productive & diverse gardens! Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
