Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

The apartment “Falassarna Pleasant Vacation” is located at the picturesque village “Platanos”, just 5 km away from the famous beach of Falassarna, named “Pachia Ammos”. Our guests can enjoy the starry sky in the private outdoor jacuzzi. Mekia house is made with passion for those who love hearing the sound of the sea and watching the colors of the sunset. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

Nepheli stone house is located in the village of Platanos which is next to the famous beach of Falassarna. The stone house consists of 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 living room and one kitchen. The stone house is fully equiped with all the apliances and essentials to make your holiday feel lijke you are home. The plot 700 sq meters and is all available for our guests to use.

Theofilos Studio

Theofilos Studio is located in Platanos, Kissamos just 20m away from the doctor's office and close to the bus station. Platanos is approximatelly 53km away from Chania (a 40-45 min car ride) and just 5km from Falassarna beach. It is also near to other well-known beaches (Balos, Gramvousa, Sfinari and Elafonissi) and to Kasteli (a small town 8km away from the village).
