The apt is on the 2nd floor of a family building and has been recently renovated with high standards of aesthetics. Fully renovated apartment with yard. The sea is only 3 minutes away, on foot, and there are shops, restaurants cafes and bars around, since Agia Marina is one of the most touristic places in Chania. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο ισόγειο σπίτι με αυλή. Η θάλασσα απέχει 100μ και τριγύρω υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και μπαράκια, καθώς η Αγία Μαρίνα είναι μια από τις τουριστικότερες περιοχές του νομού. Η περιοχή που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι ήσυχη γιατί δεν είναι στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.
