Newly Remodeled Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath single story cul-de-sac home 7 Minutes from the Lake ready for you to relax and make great memories. As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat parking on the side of the home. The home is close to the market and Downtown Havasu area with great restaurants. While you are staying you can enjoy fun games such as Large Connect 4, Large Jenga, and the Ring Game. There is an indoor laundry room with an ice maker. The rear yard has a BBQ and covered patio.

Lakeview home near Havasu Springs and Parker Strip

2 bedroom, 2 bath home located in Hillcrest Bay overlooking Havasu Springs, Lake Havasu and the Bill Williams Refuge. Home has been updated with new paint, new vanities, countertops and updated flooring throughout. It sits directly between Lake Havasu and Parker Arizona, and is 1 mile from the Colorado River and less than a mile from Lake Havasu boat ramp. Home is fully appointed and has a washer/dryer in a separate shed. Everything you need to boat, fish, hike, bike, etc.

"Entire home-beautiful sunset views"

"Enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets from the patio. In the evening, relax under the stars around the gas fire pit. This cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath next to the canyon home sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6. With all the conveniences of home including a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator. In addition, washer and dryer and internet, Netflix are included. There is a BBQ outside on the patio looking over the canyon. Ample parking for your boat or ATV's. "

This bright, peaceful desert/river home was fully restored giving a modern vibe. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a master suite and lots of indoor/outdoor spaces to relax.
