Enjoy a hike on the perimeter trail and then schedule a private soak in the hot tub on the main premises. But be ready for another breathtaking view. * NO CLEANING FEES *

Casita on Rio Grande Riverside Park

Your private casita is nestled in the Rio Grand forest park. Walk, bike, or jog on the Bosque Trail behind the house along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. We supply coffee and cream and several black and herbal teas with sugar and honey for sweetening. In the Kitchen is a full refrigerator, oven/microwave and stovetop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses and more. Sleep in a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Bohemian Suite in the Village of Placitas

This private suite allows you to submerse yourself in a quiet bohemian getaway – slip into bed after taking a warm bath in this high desert New Mexico retreat. Relax, meditate, or simply nap in the hammock in the interior courtyard next to the shade tree and wall fountain pond with goldfish. Stargaze, or enjoy the mountain view from the property of the main house with a coffee or cocktail. Maybe catch a glimpse of the bobcat, deer or the wild horses of Placitas – all are regulars in the area.

We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.

The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).

Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta.
