Experience comfort and style in this charming, pet-friendly space, perfect for short getaways. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, along with a full shower, cozy living room, dining area, and bedroom, all within one convenient layout. The fully fenced backyard, shared with other tenants, features a grill and fire pit—ideal for relaxing evenings outdoors. While the space includes a kitchenette, access to the main shared house may be available if you need a full kitchen or laundry facilities.

My Favorite Florida Gateway!

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish new Airbnb. With its Key West vibes you’ll be sure to have a great time here! Boca Grande is just minutes away, Publix and shopping center are a short bike ride and boats are welcome as the marina is right next door. House is located in the tranquil area of Cape Haze close to Golf courses where you can stroll or bike to you hearts content. We just added a Game Room, a Pool with jacuzzi, Sauna, plus a multi court and Mini Golf (pics jus refreshed)

Access is for residents and renters only, you will arrive by your private boat or jump aboard the water taxi for a 10 minute ride to our dock. No cars, shops, or restaurants on the island. The 7 mile beach is private and uncrowded. Get around LGI by renting a golf cart or explore by foot-you decide.
