County ordinances prohibit excessive noise at any time, especially during quiet hours (10PM-8AM), and excessive noise may result in forfeiture of security deposit (loud noise or amplified music that may bother the neighbors is not allowed).

One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

It has sunset views, ample parking, a spacious interior with open floor plan, kitchen island and hardwood floors throughout. 55” TV with 5.1 sound system in living room, and 45” TV in master bedroom. Private office with Queen bed and high speed internet. Private deck with lighted seating for 8 overlooking the pond and a private gazebo. Gate to irrigation canal offers leisurely strolls to a waterfall.
