There is a fee for access to the Tahoe, keys amenities, including private beach, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sports courts and playground . Kitchen is newely renovated and well appointed. Master bedroom, overlooks waterway behind the house and the Sierra mountains. The second bedroom has a private deck with water views, as well as views of heavenly ski resort.
