Wonderful beach front property for families - Blocks from Balboa Pier, Ferry, & Boating. Enjoy spectacular Newport; one on-site parking space in back. Rental is the First floor 4 bed, 2bath of duplex. Our family has enjoyed renting for 20 plus years as guest families enjoy beach house, sand toys, BBQ, patio and surf. Upstairs unit shares main/exterior entrance; guest have locked separate inner door. Thoughtful renters - no partiers please. 9 pm quiet. (SLP13141 - includes 10% City Resort Fee)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a 1-minute walk from Redondo Beach and 1.1 miles from Torrance Beach. Beach house on the corner minutes to Disneyland

All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. The home also has a entertainment/den room with a bar and 75 inch television. Great for additional guest to lounge around with additional privacy. STR-2023-0020

Coastal Bliss at a Modern Newport Beach Home

This gorgeous downstairs unit is modern yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. This is such a great location on 37th Street as it is close enough to the pier to walk/ride bikes as well as nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping. We provide just about everything you'd ever need for the beach (bikes, boards, sand toys). There is also a park across the street with a jungle gym and basketball court. SLP # 12756

Fantastic location walking distance to the park, 1.2 miles from downtown Huntington beach, beaches, restaurants. This cottage has a beautiful backyard to relax after a day at the beach, bike riding etc. enjoy the seating around the fire pit, BBQ..and enjoy the peaceful water feature, updated kitchen and bathroom/master bedroom is an added asset to this beach bungalow.
