I stayed for a month and felt so at home. location is excellent and everything is walkable or you can use the free bikes. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and so nice to chat with other travelers. The kitchen is fully equipped and I appreciated that coffee and water were provided. Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The manager Junior does an excellent job and works so hard at making sure everyone has everything they need. Fiona is wonderful and keeps everything very clean. Hopkins Village is a really spacial place and so is All Seasons ♡

Nous avons adoré notre cabane chez Lacey ! Très bien située dans le village, à 2 pas de la plage, avec prêts de vélo, kayak et paddle board. De bons conseils et très arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ. Le chalet très propre et fonctionnel. les lits très confortables. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus. On ne peut que recommander ce logement.

The manager Junior was very efficient and super responsive. We checked in early evening but he was right there and very clear and quick with all the needed info. The place was secure and peaceful. The other guests were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was clean. The air con in the room was great. The bed was comfy and clean. Recommend highly.

Para mejorar: no habia ventana en la habitacion. Todo lo demas perfecto, es comodo, estaba bien ubicado, la recepcionista es amable y atenta.

Ultimately this was the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. The location is incredible- literally waking up inside the national park. Trails start onsite, waterfalls within a 30 minute walk. Abundance of birds. Room is overall basic (bed comfy, shower is great). No A/C and it is HOT at night. No kitchen only their restaurant. Dinner is $26 USD (lots of food, worth it) but the breakfast ($16.50) and lunch ($17.50) felt so overpriced. HOWEVER THE FOOD IS AMAZING. the chef is 10/10. all staff on site were unbelievably kind and helpful. The room itself is priced reasonably but everything onsite is in USD and EXPENSIVE!! Be prepared to spend a lot when you get there. Otherwise bring snacks/protein bars and do self guided hikes (free) to keep costs down. Arrange own transport too. Transport offered like ride to airport is $250. Hikes were great, I did 5/7 waterfalls. Saw only birds no other wild life which was too bad. Overall this was a great experience!!! amazing place and people

Very nice place that we easy walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and were incredibly impressed with the service as well as the value.

We had a great stay here. The place was as advertised and worked for our family of 5, as the butterfly villa has a futon. Nice to have a kitchen to cook in. It could use a few more amenities, like extra cloths and dish towels, cutting board and it would be great if they had salt and pepper. However, we were able to borrow salt and pepper from our host, and when the stove lighter didn’t work they brought us a new one right away. My kids were able to play with the hosts kids and had a blast. You’re right off the main road close to lots of stores and restaurants and 5 minutes from the marina or the beach. I recommend the Pickled Carrot as a great bar to hang out at. Check in was easy, as even if the office is closed the host lives nearby on the property. Wifi worked pretty good. The balcony was enclosed with big netting, so could easily sit outside in the hammock or chairs at night. I’d happily stay here again

The Red House was perfect for us, myself, wife, and 10 month old son. Close to everything, right in the middle of town. Close to the beach, short walk from the property. A/c ran ice cold in the room. The scened porch was very nice to sit and relax anytime of the day and night. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. They had two large propane grills for the guests to share, perfect. The other guests on the property were friendly. Steve and his wife were very friendly. There was private parking for us. All around very convenient place to stay in Placencia. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Absolutely stunning property right on the ocean front! We could not say enough great things about this stay. This boutique resort has everything for a great beach vacation. It was central to Placencia's restaurants and activities, had its own private beach and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was exactly like the pictures showed and had a great private balcony for watching the sunrise or listening to live music at the Tiki bar. The onsite bar was a great place to socialize and enjoy happy hour and Jolly that runs it made us feel right at home. We even got to meet Craig our last night and thank him for an amazing stay.

Good stay!!! Beautiful beach! Check out is too early at 10 AM had to pay 15$ to check out at noon.

Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und wunderschön, modern eingerichtet! Der Strand ist traumhaft schön und er war kaum belegt! Man hatte fast den ganzen Strandabschnitt für sich alleine.

We had an incredible stay, this place was like a dream. They gave us handwritten notes and lit a scented candle for us to come home to a calm refreshing atmosphere each evening after a relaxing day at the beach.

The best location in the village! Right off the sidewalk and literal steps from the beach; Hammocks and beach chairs, literal paradise. Our room was clean and had gorgeous views. The manager Carla was wonderful, as were the rest of the staff- everyone was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Placencia!

We would totally come back again, and have talked about maybe doing that someday. After being there 11 days and walking up and down the sidewalk I would say this location is pretty ideal. Very close to the pier and not too far from the main road and a few restaurants. The whole staff team were great. So helpful and a pleasure to work with. Everyone helped us with all our questions and needs. The unit and building was very new and clean. And having the splash pool and bar on site were a huge plus. Couldn't have stayed there with out it. We enjoyed the live music and the other guest who stayed. We ran into a few other couples who are returning guest. So that speaks volumes. We never really spoke with Craig directly but saw he was there and keeping things up. We were there on our honeymoon and Ocean Breeze had flowers put in our room on our special day, making us feel special. We liked have connections with excursions and other services that we could book right form the office.

Great room, very responsive host. Beautiful setting. Placencia is a unique town, worth a visit. Suggest checking the forecast for sargasso seaweed for the area. Thanks Britany!

What a great place. cabana opens onto a private walk, steps from the bar, restaurant and pool. we all thought it was perfect. On the world famous sidewalk, on the beach, in the middle of Placencia. it was perfect.

Super séjour au cœur de Placencia, à proximité de tous les restaurants à pied. Le logement est sur un petit resort avec des chaises à disposition, l’accès à la piscine et un restaurant qui font de délicieuses pizza ! C’est au cœur de l’action donc un peu bruyant mais ça demeure un très bon choix.

I totally enjoyed the accommodations. The area was beautiful. So much to do it’s close to everything. I will definitely look into coming back.

We had a fantastic stay! Brittany graciously accommodated our late arrival around 10 PM and personally guiding us to our unit. The place was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located — just steps from the beautiful beach, a charming coffee shop, and an on-site restaurant. It’s also within easy walking distance of several other restaurants, ice cream shops, and souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Great spot! Loved the hammock on the porch and view of the ocean. Very comfortable and clean. Wish we had booked Seaspray for our whole stay!
