Studio à la Bastille

Charmant studio, situé à proximité immédiate de la place de la Bastille et du métro. Le studio est composé d une pièce à vivre avec un canapé et une table à manger, le lit double est en mezzanine et la cuisine est équipée du nécessaire. Le studio est en rez de chaussée d une cour typiquement parisienne pavée et faite par un architecte. En sortant de la cour vous avez énormément de restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds ainsi que le Marais et sa place des Vosges emblématique à 5 minutes.

Bel Appartement lumineux dans le Marais

Idéalement situé dans le haut Marais, rue de Turenne, proche de la rue de Bretagne. Quartier très vivant remplis de restaurants, magasins et galeries! L appartement est récent, moderne et a beaucoup de charme. Il a été Décoré par ma maman qui est décoratrice:) Il est lumineux avec vue sur les toits et calme car il donne sur cour. 2 pièces : une chambre et un salon-cuisine avec canapé lit (draps non fournis pour le canapé) Pour l’été pas de climatisation, il y a un ventilateur. À bientôt !

The apartment is located in the Marais between Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille, extremely close to the Bastille metro station. The apartment is on the top floor and is therefore very quiet. From the window you can enjoy a magnificent view embracing all the mythical landmarks of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre... The legendary Hollywood movie backdrop of Parisian rooftops comes alive over here.

Brand new 34 square meter place, highly functional kitchen, perfect for a couple or business trips. The building is very calm and will allow you a nice rest in the very living Marais-Bastille-11eme arrondissement area. Very cosy living room with a beautiful and very comfortable sofa, and a cute bedroom with a big queen size bed (160*200), which will allow a real feeling of wellness after a long day of walk in Paris!

Welcome to this air-conditioned (from May to end of September) studio located at rue Saint Sabin, 75011 Paris, a few steps from Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille. Nestled at the foot of the Bréguet-Sabin metro station, this apartment offers optimal comfort for two people. Please note, we do not accept arrivals on December 24th, December 25th and January 1st.
