Aussen befindet sich eine schöne Terrasse mit Sofa und Tisch. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Doppelbett uns ein großes Schlafsofa. In diesem Zimmer befindet sich noch ein Schreibtisch samt Stuhl und ein Großer Balkon. Das Haus hat 1.5 Bäder und eine Waschmaschine mit trocker. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch Parkplätze

Built in 1896, this traditional Cretan stone house is located in the village Sivas, Crete, Greece, with great views of the Messara plain and the mountain of Psiloritis and within walking distance to the village square. The house has been substantially restored and renovated with natural materials and great care in order to offer amenities for absolute comfort while retaining all its traditional architectural and decorative elements, typical of the region.

Jim’s Holiday House

My house situated in a traditional cretan village in the south,called sivas, only a 10 min. drive to Matala, Komos, Faistos will be excellent for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is at the quietest zone of the village, however the village square is full of life and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk. The balcony has a spectacular view of Psiloritis and the surrounding area, where you can just relax or enjoy your breakfast!

At last but not least Matala Caves ara 1 km far away.
