If you like being right on the slopes with the Gondola just outside your door and Snowmass Base Village within 3 minutes walking, this is the place for you and your family or guests. You can actually watch your kids ski by from the outside patio. The unit is dog friendly up to 50lbs, no cats allowed, for an additional $150 one time fee.
