Lucy’s apartment is a newly built apartment, away from the beach with only a short 4 minute walk! Here, you can find a cozy apartment, with all the amenities you need for a cozy and a worries free stay. The living area includes a flat screen TV, a sofa that can be converted to a bed for 2 people and a new cuisine with a fridge and a sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed, night stands with lights and a closet. The bathroom, with the beautiful marble look, contains also a washing machine.

This apartment looks out into the beautiful Lake Voulismeni and offers the best view in Agios Nikolaos as it is on the second floor of the building. Η πλατεία του Αγίου Νικολάου απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια και 1 λεπτό η παραλία. Δίπλα από το σπίτι υπάρχει οργανωμένο πάρκινγκ όπου μπορείτε να παρκάρετε με μικρό κόστος . Το σπίτι αποτελείτε από το κυρίως δωμάτιο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το καθιστικό με έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι και κούνια για μωρό αν χρειαστεί.
