A house fully eqquiped for your convenience. Our purpose is to create memories of the island lifestyle. Consists of: 65sq metres interior 2 bedrooms with airconditioning ( one double bed each) +extra bed+baby bed 2 bathrooms one kitchen-living room 200sq metres private exterior with dinning erea, sunbeds etc SEE YOU!!

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Villa Versailles is constructed of stone and comprises a functionally independent space which occupy an area of 77 m2 and further of 120 m2 of two terraces. The villa has huge private outdoor spaces in a land of 4 hectares (40,000m2), an amazing view over the sparkling blue Aegean sea, in a unique-quiet location, the greenest part of the island, dotted with rare old oak trees classified ''Natura 2000''. Sleeps 4 people. The wonderful beaches are only three km away.

Xyla Beach Studio 1 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

Set amidst in oak trees, vineyards, sea views, and an old chapel this restored wine press appeals to lovers of nature and dogs. The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot. A car is recommended. PLEASE NOTE: There are two friendly dogs in the property
