Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms! It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.

A private, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, approximately 850 square foot, stand alone granny cottage, located in rural Arroyo Grande. On our own private lane and just minutes away from award winning wineries, Oceano Dunes, Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pismo Beach, Pismo Outlets, & Pismo Preserve. Avila Beach/Hartford pier. Numerous golf courses. Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo are just 10-15 minutes from the Chalet. Morro Bay, Montana de Oro and Hearst Castle are short day trips away.
