Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Stefano è stato un host impeccabile, sempre cortese, disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Ci ha fatto trovare un appartamento pulitissimo., che ha risposto perfettamente alle nostre aspettative.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Appartamento caldo e accogliente io gli host disponibilissimi carinissimi e soprattutto pazienti visto l’orario di arrivo al check-in appartamento situato in una delle zone più tranquille di Livorno appartamento con tutti gli standard per passare un piacevole periodo consigliatissimo

We had an amazing stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view was amazing. The place was spacious and stocked up with everything you would need. There was fresh fruit, breakfast items, and coffee enough for the whole stay and more. I forgot my charger converter and Leonardo brought us one so we never lost power. 10/10

L’appartement est facile à trouver et accessible en 6 minutes depuis l’aéroport. Le centre-ville en 15 minutes. C’était agréable d’y séjourner et nous avons été bien accueilli.

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend presso l’alloggio di Daniele. La casa è piccolina ma dotata di tutto il necessario, super calda, che nel periodo invernale è un aspetto fondamentale soprattutto se si viaggia come noi con bambini. Daniele è un host molto gentile, ci ha dato fin da subito indicazioni chiare per raggiungere l’appartamento per cui è stato facilissimo arrivare. La casa è pulitissima e con una vista meravigliosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se possibile torneremo sicuramente!

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!
