The front balcony is 50 square meter, fitted with full length remote controlled tent providing shade to the table, four seats and if required also to the two chaises longues/deck chairs. The view from the balcony also includes the Acropolis and even the Saronic bay is in your eyes if you wish to mix ancient Greek history with the sea in just an eye view

This charming semi basement studio apartment with a private entrance is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood next to the beach. It has been renovated recently in order to fulfill every traveller's everyday needs. It can acccommodate up to four people. We don't have private parking slot . You can park free on the street near the place.We've never had a problem or been overly concerned about it either.
