Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

NOW WITH A HOT TUB!! Fully- private master bedroom suite available in a quiet neighborhood near everything in Northampton! Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

Tuck yourself into a mature oak forest on the field’s edge of our flower farm, Tapalou Guilds. All-weather canvas tent is pitched with a comfy king mattress inside. Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

Forest Hideaway—Light, Privacy, Washer/Dryer

Wake up among 100-year-old trees, then drive 10-12 minutes into Amherst. Or hike out the door toward wooded trails. The apartment sits with our house on 5 acres of mature forest, high on a hill and facing the woods. With a kitchen & washer/dryer, the apartment is both peaceful and practical, great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, ideal for academics needing space for contemplation or for a couple visiting family. Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The unit is part of a two family duplex house. You and your family will have the entire unit to yourselves. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.
