Appena ristrutturato ha una bella zona giorno (cucina-soggiorno) con vista sul centro storico, l'isola d'Elba e l'azzurro del mare. Ampia camera matrimoniale. Spiaggia attrezzata a circa 200 metri, vicinissimo ai locali e ai ristoranti della zona pedonale. L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, con 89 gradini comodi.
