This Harbor East condo is located in the Ouachita National Forest, within close walking distance of one of the largest and most beautiful lakes in Arkansas, Lake Ouachita. Fall/Winter Update: Water levels are lowered 3-5ft on Lake Hamilton starting Nov 1 and refills Mar 1 to allow for seawall and dock repairs.
