Waterfront Gem walkable to Restaurants!

Waterfront Oasis on Pettingill Pond. You couldn't get any closer to the water, it's steps away. There are 3 Kayaks, and a paddleboat, firepit and dock for guest use! This a great spot for swimming and watersports! This home has been newly renovated, the effect results in a simple, stylish, comfortable space for guests to enjoy. Walk to Franco's Bistro for from Scratch Italian food, or Bob's Seafood for a fish taco! This is a piece of paradise on sweet Pettingill Pond in the heart of Windham.

Private, quiet and peaceful. Located on a private street just 100 feet from a path to Beautiful Pine Point Beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has all the amenities for a perfect getaway. Enjoy morning coffee in the enclosed porch with an ocean view or grill out in the private backyard patio area. Each bedroom has a double bed, plus a trundle bed in the upstairs living area and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, washer and dryer and a private enclosed backyard.

Beautiful Spacious OOB Beachfront home w/ elevator

Our beach house is in a prime location of Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Located 0.75 mile from the pier and hustle and bustle of the active town center. Once part of a hotel, it has since been renovated to a 3 bedroom 5 bath house with a walk-in elevator, reaching all three floors, game room with wet bar, and most importantly open floor plan encompassing the living room, dining room and kitchen area all surrounded by large windows w/ spectacular views of the never-ending beach and ocean.

Private home on the beach with 360 degree views!

Directly on the beach with views of the water on both sides. This 4 bed/2 bath house has a modern feel with lots of windows and natural light. Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.
