The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.

Located 3 miles from Callaway Gardens and a half mile from downtown Pine Mountain The Waterview Lake House is located at a large wedding venue & offers a peaceful retreat that is pet friendly and is on a 5 acre lake, fishing is allowed! Sit on the front porch and watch the sunset over the fields and sit by the lake and enjoy your coffee to watch the sunrise! Beautiful!

Located in beautiful Thomaston, Georgia , Stillmeadows is home to two privately owned, authentic, 1885 cabins. 14 acres of peaceful surroundings with a stocked pond so bring your fishing gear. Farm animals complete the experience. The property is located only 75 minutes from the Atlanta Airport. It is close to Sprewell Bluff, which offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and kayaking on Flint River.

Camp Dude: A-Frame on West Point Lake in Lagrange

Camp Dude is perfect for a family adventure, getaway, or fishing trip. This A-Frame house has 3BR, 2BA, a loft space, and plenty of land to roam outside. The lake is about 250 yards away from the house down a little hill. We have set up a fire pit out back and have 2 charcoal grills set up. You will love the peace and quiet this home provides!
