I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Meadows Mill House is an 18th century historical landmark c. 1825 now serving as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house (guest house), we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in. Welcome to Beaver Tale Pond. Relax on a 30 ft deck enjoying a morning cup of coffee or catching a large mouth bass. Fall asleep by the firepit listening to the frogs, crickets and owls sing you to sleep. The large eat in kitchen is perfect for family gatherings or a sunset dinner on the deck or the dock. Located 15 minutes to whitewater rafting and 30 minutes from Ft Benning and Auburn, AL. Come tailgate with us. Drop a line and stay a while!

Porch with grill A/C Very secluded Only 45 minutes from Auburn University. DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR IN THE BED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA CLEANING FEE AND FURNITURE DAMAGES.
