The living space provides 1250 squ ft w/dining area. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the screened lanai and a spiral staircase up to the loft w/TV and kid space. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
