The residences is good. There was just a conflict with the beddings but they were able to resolve it

From my girlfriend who stayed here. "Everything is good and perfect. Safety is locked all the gates. There's staff for check in and checkout assistance. Just the location far from national road where jeepneys paased from airport. And the noise that been ticking from upstairs dunno whats that feels like an open ceiling outside the place. I was looking for the kitchen but so far they had provided utensils like plates etc. Also has water despenser."

2014/11/8から二泊しました。 エアコン、シャワー、トイレ付きの広いお部屋で快適でした。 大きなベッドと大きなクローゼットで良かったです♪ 同じ時期に滞在していたGenoさんと復興についていろいろとお話しもできてとても充実した滞在でした。 世話をしてくれたLanieさんはとてもフレンドリーでした♪ 丁度、Typhoon Yolanda から一年の節目の為、 復興の度合いを実際に確認し、 追悼の為、コンベンションセンターからシティーホール前までのトーチパレードに参加しました。 コンベンションセンターでゲストとして寄付をし、皆んなと同じ追悼の帽子とTシャツと軽食をもらい、日没後にたいまつを掲げてパレードをしました。 7kmほど市内を歩き、シティーホール前の海岸でたくさんのキャンドルバルーンが空に放たれて、キャンドルとても綺麗でした。 きっと天の魂達に届いたと思います。 完全ではありませんが、復興は進んでいる事を確認出来たと思います。 が、滞在中、追悼イベントを含め、日本人は私以外誰も見かけなかったのが残念です。 もっと現地に行って、現地の人々会って話し、現地でお金を使う事が、遠くの顔の見えない寄付金よりもずっと大切だと思いました。 実際に寄付金が現地の人々には渡っていない様子でした。 まだまだ破壊されたままの建物や屋根も多く、屋根が買えない家はビニールシートでしのいでいました。 このお部屋に滞在する事は、タクロバンの現地の人々に直接収入をもたらす事が出来る良い方法の一つだと思います。

Beautiful ocean view, cool place! Vilma was great at helping us/checking in/out. Road is just next to the cottage, good for easy travels to the north or south, traffic is a bit loud though as big trucks also pass by, but this place is lovely❤️

The place is great to stay and spend the night at, there's a roof top where you can hang out and see the San Juanico bridge lit up.... nothing against the place except for the location. Would've been better if there was other activities within the property, i.e. pool... altho the parking lot was bug enough for our kids to run around and spend their energies on :) The hosts were friendly and hospitable, makes you feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures depicted the apartment pretty accurately. It’s located in the city center which makes it easy to explore the area by tricycle. Tacloban is by no means a very walkable city so be prepared to navigate the city with different means of transportations. The garden looks even better at night. It can become very hot during the day in summer so the refrigerator came in handy to cool down some drinks. Brownouts are a thing, but that’s a more of a regional phenomenon that one should take into consideration than a problem with the apartment itself. Knowing that, I would not recommend Tacloban for remote work in general. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood, especially because since city center tends to be on the louder side of things with the constant stream of traffic pouring down the roads. Personally, I feel like I had a more authentic experience with this apartment than I would have had with a hotel room, which means a lot to me.
