The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Hideaway Sussex - Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

Cabin in rural East Sussex

Tom’s Lodge, named after my late father who was a carpenter, is a wooden cabin situated on a small working farm in the heart of East Sussex in the picturesque village of Piltdown. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Romantic Floating Cabin -‘The Water Snug’

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from every room. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Relax and unwind with the whole family in this countryside retreat, near the stunning Ashdown Forest. Perfectly located, just 30 minutes from Brighton, Eastbourne & Tunbridge Wells with various National Trusts nearby. Haywards Heath station is a 15 minute drive with a 40 minute direct line to London. Enjoy scenic woodland walks right on your doorstep, along with two charming local pubs ideal for a leisurely stroll and a cosy meal. A perfect blend of countryside calm and excellent connections.

Short stroll to 3 old oak-beamed pubs, playground, cafe, bakery (croissants!). Glyndebourne 20 mins, Lewes 15 mins, 30 min to Brighton and the coast. Sheffield Park, Bluebell Railway, Borde Hill, vineyards of Ridgeview, Rathfinny, Bee Tree, Bolney, Bluebell all near. Golf at Piltdown and Royal Ashdown. Great walks on Ashdown Forest and South Downs Way

Recently renovated Oast House

Set in a quiet hamlet with its own garden, with parking for 3 cars and is perfectly placed for Glyndebourne, many National Trust properties and gardens (Sheffield Park, Nymans, Wakehurst Place, Borde Hill, Batemans, Knole Park). The Bluebell Railway, the vineyards of Ridgeview, Rathfinny and Bolney are all nearby, as is Brighton and the coast. Piltdown Golf Course is a mile up the road, several good pubs and many good walks on Ashdown Forest, the South Downs Way and the Seven Sisters.

Spring Farm Sussex

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

Stunning Studio Barn, Buxted

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

The Bull Pen

Set in a peaceful farm location, The Bull Pen is on the edge of the wood, overlooking the pond. It is recently converted, upcycling wherever possible. The farm includes award-winning ancient woodland run as a nature reserve - great for a quiet weekend away, or a longer rural retreat. Highlights include butterflies, bluebells and nightingales in season. The village of Barcombe is within walking distance and Lewes and the South Downs are a short drive away.

Beautiful Countryside Cottage

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.
