Walnut, an Idyllic Cotswold farm retreat

The crowning glory, Walnut occupies the top floor of the converted barn. Sunlight floods into the vast living area through an entire gable of elegant oak windows overlooking the courtyard. Competing for attention is the massive stone fireplace with its chimney breast towering up to the pitched ceiling of the sleeping gallery above, reached via a solid elm staircase landing in front of a magnificent stone arched window giving glorious views down to the fish pond and across the picturesque valley.

A unique property within the grounds of a village house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a large sofa bed. A bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and free-standing bath completes the top floor. Downstairs includes a W.C. and utility room with washer dryer. Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are tucked away in our 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. We have one friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

The Woolly Lodge

Welcome to The Woolly Lodge! Our cosy cabin is nestled in the Warwickshire countryside between Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and the natural beauty of the Cotswolds, with our family run farm shop and plenty of walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. The Lodge is one of two private cabins situated on the south edge of our farm looking out onto open fields (and incredible evening sunsets!).

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Assembly Hall

Located in central Moreton In Marsh. One bedroom, one bathroom apartment - former primary school hall. Beautifully renovated and designed by Cotswold Grey. Also consists of a lounge area with a 60"+ smart TV and dining area. Small kitchenette with kettle, toaster, air fryer, fridge. Has an option of adding another bedroom, The Caretakers Room.
