The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

With a 3' walkfrom our house you’ll find one of the area’s best seafood taverns, while a fully organized beach bar with sunbeds and amenities is only 150 meters away, ideal for both children and adults.
