Loft 56-nuovissimo e incantevole in pieno centro

Nuovissimo appartamento-Loft in pieno centro, piano terra con entrata indipendente. Luminoso, in una via tranquilla della città. A piedi gran parte dei monumenti storici: Pantheon (8 min), Trastevere (3 min), Fontana di Trevi (11 min), Campidoglio (11 min), Campo de’ Fiori (6 min), p.zza Venezia (12 min), p.zza Navona (8 min). Garage a pagamento a 30 metri. Non aspettiamo altro che ospitarvi con molto piacere, per rendere il più possibile il vostro soggiorno confortevole e pieno di bei ricordi!.

Spectacular and Cozy Loft w/Terrace, near Termini

This one of a kind rustic yet elegant loft is full with details in wood, metal and stone, all handmade by Giulio, his owner. The fabulous terrace will take your breath away. How about some coffee with your slippers on while contemplating the Colosseum or watching the sun go down behind the Vatican shadow from the hut tub? Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Loft Apartment in the heart of Pigneto area

The Flat is located in a small and quiet street in the heart of Pigneto area, plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of facilities, and it’s 15 minutes away by metro from Termini Central Station. Metro C stop is 2 min. away, as well as tram and bus stations. I always give my guests recommendations so that they can enjoy the neighbourhood and discover Pigneto’s life!

Open space on the first floor, comfortable and bright, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions.
