Warm and cozy home from the turn of the century. Well maintained with all original wood trim. All bedrooms and bath upstairs on second floor. Appliances, dishes and everything you need to make a meal. Open front and back porches and a big back lawn. Short walk to a movie theater, home-made ice cream, great restaurants and a brewery. 20 mins to Letchworth State Park, 15 mins to Silver Lake, 1 1/4 hours to Niagara Falls. Near Class A Trout streams. No extra cleaning fee (just don't leave a mess)

Bristol Retreat Cottage

Unwind at this romantic getaway nestled in the beautiful Bristol Hills, just minutes away from Bristol Ski Resort, Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Gezellig Huis on Conesus Lake (studio apt)

Gezellig means cozy, warm and friendly in Dutch! Just what you'll find when relaxing and enjoying the view in studio apartment across the street from our lakefront home on Conesus. Close to Letchworth State Park, wineries/breweries, SUNY Geneseo, hiking, Rochester museums/tours and other Finger Lakes attractions. Kayaks available, lakeside lounge chairs with firepit, private patio overlooking wooded lot. Now with updated WIFI! All welcome; owner speaks English, Dutch and German.

Peaceful Country Home

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Apartment 1 Main St, Geneseo

Located in the heart of main st Geneseo. You will be able to walk to Geneseo, restaurant's, pubs, and shopping. Located above Geneseo favorite, Mama Mias Pizza and Sweet Arts Bakery. If you're in town for a concert at the Geneseo Rivera we are located less than a 2 min walk. Grab a cup of coffee and tour SUNY Geneseo if you're a future student or alumni, this location is fantastic. Less then 10 miles to letchworth state park and 5 to Conesus Lake.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Fox Creek Farm Guest House (Genesee River Valley)

The Guest House at Fox Creek Farm is the perfect place to relax & enjoy the Genesee River Valley! Our family farm is situated on 30 acres and surrounded by beautiful farmland as far as the eye can see! Located at the end of a gravel road, the Guest House is perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business and equine travelers, and those visiting our many local wedding barn venues, breweries, wineries, lakes, golf courses, and other area attractions.

In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
