This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

Facing the Grand Harbour with full sea views from the living room as well as the upstairs bedroom (this is a duplex with two floors, bedroom on top, living room and small kitchenette downstairs), situated exactly between the Lower Barakka and the Upper Barakka Gardens, with the beautiful site of cruise liners and luxury yachts coming in and out right in front of you in the Grand Harbour.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

The apartment is 3 km from Valletta and 5 km from Sliema and San Julian. My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
