Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily.The pool has a life guard for your security.

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. L'alloggio è una casa storica con un appartamento nuovissimo e una piscina privata in cui puoi rilassarti e rinfrescarti. Il loft si trovai trova in un punto strategico, tra Palermo e Trapani e puoi raggiungere con facilità l'autostrada. L'appartamento è adatto a coppie, coppie con bambini e avventurieri perché è immerso nell'autentica campagna siciliana. Nell'alloggio inoltre troverai una cucina ben attrezzata e tutto il necessario per una piccola colazione. è necessario avere una macchina

Villa Magliolo

Splendida dimora con piscina riscaldata , nel Parco delle Madonie, con vista mozzafiato sul mare di Cefalù fino alle isole Eolie. A 15 minuti di macchina dal centro, dispone di un soggiorno con zona pranzo, divano, tv, cucina, due camere matrimoniali, una con vasca in camera, e due servizi con doccia. Gli ambienti sono climatizzati ed è presente una stufa in ghisa. All'esterno, tavolo con sedie, divani e ombrelloni. E' possibile organizzare cene con lo chef Ignazio Messina e gite in barca.

Villa con piscina privata vicino al mare | Cefalù

Casa con grande giardino e piscina esclusivamente privati a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione del treno. La casa, su due piani, è dotata di ogni elettrodomestico oltre a un parcheggio privato. Nel piano inferiore si trova la cucina, un bagno e una zona living mentre nella parte superiore sono presenti quattro camere da letto e un bagno. E' posizionata a circa 150mt dalla spiaggia, alla quale si può accedere gratuitamente, e a 5.7km da Cefalù raggiungibile comodamente in treno!

Casa Sasà è una casa in stile rustico, a due piani, da poco ristrutturata, in contrada Piane Vecchie, zona tranquilla a 9 km da Cefalù, ideale per chi è alla ricerca del relax e vuole soggiornare lontano dalla città. C'è la piscina, un grande giardino, il bbq, tavolo da ping pong, porta da calcetto e tanto spazio dietro casa per giocare, anche a bocce.

La villa ha 3 camere da letto e due bagni per una capienza massima di 5 persone. Villa Sicilia è ideale per famiglie e per soggiorni lunghi.
